Adventure CEO · Book III · Day 3 of 30

Law of Parameter

Adventure · Apprentice · Master

Core Definition

An attribute of a thing or person, and a set of rules or principles that provides direction. A parameter names the scope or extent of something so its angle, side, quality, and course of action can be seen and worked with.

Metaphor

The angle and side that contain what was chaotic: a boundary does not diminish possibility; it gives possibility a form from which it can deepen and expand.

CEO Word Activations

character
Contained

The attribute that gives a person, thing, or idea an angle and side. Containment turns the chaotic into a form that can be seen, considered, deepened, and expanded.

execution
Elicit

The character and execution of drawing out what is present: a response, answer, quality, insight, or action that the chosen parameter makes possible.

ownership
Origin

What the CEO has to work with: the source, beginning, root, or perfection from which a person, thing, decision, or business can develop.

adventure
Contained — Adventure CEO gives an idea a defined angle and side so it can deepen instead of scattering into chaos.
apprentice
Elicit — Character and execution draw out the response, evidence, or next action held within the parameter.
master
Origin — The CEO works with the source, beginning, or perfection from which the day's thought and work can increase.

Daily Practice

  • Name the three parameters you're operating inside today (time, energy, scope).
  • Choose one parameter to widen and one to tighten.
  • Say no once, on purpose, to protect the frame.

Adventure CEO · Book III · Day 3 · Twelve Slides

Read one page at a time. Each page builds upon the one before it.

  1. Slide 01

    The CEO Words

Adventure CEO begins Day 3 with three words: C — Contained. E — Elicit. O — Origin. Together they move a thought from an unbounded possibility into a form that can reveal what it contains and where it began.

    Contained · Elicit · Origin

  2. Slide 02

    The Law of Parameter

A parameter is an attribute of a thing or person. It identifies the element, kind, manner, trait, condition, quality, property, angle, or way of looking at and approaching a problem.

Learn the angle and the side.

  3. Slide 03

    A Rule That Gives Direction

A parameter is a set of rules or principles that provides direction: a foundation, measure, standard, sequence, boundary, threshold, course of action, or line of reasoning that brings thought into operation.

Direction gives intelligence something definite to work within.

  4. Slide 04

    The Scope or Extent

A parameter is also the scope or extent of something: its realm, reach, dimension, range, horizon, outside limit, perimeter, depth, component, phase, or highest permissible level.

A parameter makes the extent visible.

  5. Slide 05

Day 3 · Angle and Side

Day 3 occupies one exact angle and side of the 30-day Adventure CEO whole. Study this segment as a distinct field: one boundary to deepen within and one edge from which to expand.

Section 3 of 30 · each angle adds upon the complete cycle.

  6. Slide 06

    From Chaotic to Contained

The triangle begins with what is chaotic and gives it sides. Contained does not mean made small; it means brought into a shape where its qualities, relationships, and next direction can be understood.

Contain the thought so you can work with the thought.

  7. Slide 07

    C — Contained

Contained is the Day 3 attribute of Adventure CEO. It is the discipline of holding an idea, person, thing, problem, or possibility inside a meaningful parameter long enough to see what it is and what it may become.

The right boundary converts scattered possibility into usable intelligence.

  8. Slide 08

    Conductive

Conductive means capable of conducting or producing electricity and exhibiting conductivity. In CEO mastery it also names the manner of guiding or carrying oneself: leading, steering, managing, conveying, and bringing energy into useful movement.

Contained form can conduct energy instead of losing it.

  9. Slide 09

    The Manner of Guiding Oneself

Conduct is personal mode of action and behavior. The CEO practices overseeing, deciding, directing, transmitting, navigating, and looking after what is in motion while remaining inside the parameter that gives the work its meaning.

How you carry yourself determines how power is carried through the work.

  10. Slide 10

    The Act of Containment

The act of CEO Contained is to gather energy around an origin and give it a workable field. What first appears vast or chaotic can be approached when its parameter, angle, side, and central source are named.

Containment is an act of intelligent increase.

A or B — the next smart step

Two doors today. Read the board, pick one move, then read again.

A · Best

Act on Law of Parameter at its edge — the courageous line the Adventure would take. Contained — Adventure CEO gives an idea a defined angle and side so it can deepen instead of scattering into chaos.

B · Solid

Stabilise the position — the Architect's move that buys another clean turn. Elicit — Character and execution draw out the response, evidence, or next action held within the parameter.

The Sovereign decides which door: Origin — The CEO works with the source, beginning, or perfection from which the day's thought and work can increase.

The Course

Today's law

Is this the correct attribute, character, or perfection — and the highest, most pleasing move? Reginald checks the law, the CEO words, and basic logic. One choice, one thread.

  • Fits Law of Parameter
  • Names a CEO word
  • No gossip / blame
  • Concrete enough
